The Studio Art students are learning about contour lines: lines that describe and define form. Using gourds for a still life, they are practicing the complicated technique. Later, next week, they will create a still life that uses their sketching skills as well as the Idea of form & contours as they create forms with completed value. (this drawing is my unfinished demo piece.)
